Shiro is a young bartender and adventurer. Her bar, Serena is in The Topmast. She runs the bar with her friends Gwendolyn and Kirei.

Starting her adventuring life, she took up the sword and shield until some event happened in Ishgard where she took up the oath of the dark and became a Dark Knight. To honor her father's memory, she took his gunblade and is currently a Gunbreaker. She is also a bartender at her own bar and at the club, The Devil's Dwelling.

Shiro grew up in Limsa to a Doman father and a Sharlyan mother. During Dalamud's fall, she had lost her father during the chaos. Her mother had fallen into a deep depression and soon moved back to her home, leaving the young Miqo'te with her grandfather. 3 years after that, her grandfather died where she lived in the apartment they shared alone. She soon converted it into a bar after some time adventuring and learning more about the world.
